Professional Development

In this work sample, I created and utilized NearPod as the LMS. The purpose of this training was to demonstrate to teachers how to use the program to help instruct their ELL students. I started the training by showing them how their ELL students feel when they can not understand the notes. I then showed the teachers how easy it is to change their notes, quizzes, etc. to the native language of their students. I wanted the teachers to know they have choices when it comes to helping all their students.

Design Sample (Intellectual Property)

An intergral aspect of Instructional Design lies in the Organization and Planning of the Instruction. In this work sample, we collectively Designed mobile training modules for the Intellectual Property Department at Texas A&M University.

Story Boarding (Samples)

This work sample illustrates an example that I utilized to create a Math Program for a Grade School level classroom. It shows the diversity and creativity needed to be successful at any level of learning.

Rapid Prototype

This sample utilizes Abobe XD Prototype. The function of the Prototype was to show case the art panels and intergrate the flowcharts. The prototype was passed on to the Programming Division to implement the Application which was utilized to keep track of student progress and learning objectives to be completed by each student.

I free lance as a Golf Instructor and I have used my skills as a Instructional Designer by providing short lessons to my students prior to our meetings to allow us more practice time. This is a short lesson on how to properly Grip the Golf Club.
